I made my first (yea, my first) quiche a couple of weeks ago when we had company coming for lunch. I was quite proud of myself (and also quite chagrined that at 42 years old this was the first time I had ever attempted to cook something which in the end was quite simple to do!)
Now that's a weekend activity I can get behind -- have fun!
